Elena Bogatyrova
Elena Bogatyrova is the founder and CEO of Allure Beauty, a European distributor of professional skincare brands and advanced aesthetic solutions. She established the company in 2007 in her hometown of Kharkiv, Ukraine, with the vision of providing skincare professionals with high-quality, clinically effective products. With an academic background in biochemistry and pharmacology from the National Pharmaceutical Academy of Ukraine, Elena has always been driven by a strong passion for skin science and a commitment to excellence in cosmetology. Her mission has been to bridge the gap between advanced skincare science and everyday professional practice, enabling aestheticians, dermatologists, and clinics to deliver more effective, results-driven treatments. A key milestone in her career came in 2015, when she secured an exclusive distribution partnership with Vivant Skincare, marking the beginning of Allure Beauty’s expansion beyond Ukraine into the European market. Today, under her leadership, Allure Beauty collaborates with leading international brands and supports a network of over 1,000 aesthetic clinics and dermatology professionals across Europe, combining education, innovation, and high-performance skincare solutions. Elena Bogatyrova is recognized for her science-driven approach, her focus on professional education, and her dedication to empowering practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve exceptional skin results.
Elena Maiboroda
Elena Maiboroda is a dermatologist, aesthetic medicine specialist, biochemist, psychologist, and nutritionist currently undergoing international training in naturopathy and nutritional medicine. She graduated from Medical University in 1999 with a degree in General Medicine and qualification as a dermatologist. For more than 20 years, she has been working in the field of aesthetic medicine, combining clinical expertise, scientific knowledge, and a deep understanding of skin aging processes. In 2005, she graduated from the Faculty of Biochemistry at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, obtaining a qualification in biochemistry. This academic background provided her with a profound understanding of skin physiology, cellular aging mechanisms, inflammation, and tissue regeneration. In 2021, she completed additional education in psychology, specializing in Child Psychology and Psychosomatics, which allows her to approach each patient holistically — considering not only skin conditions, but also emotional and psychosomatic factors. Currently, she is studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the fields of naturopathy and nutrition, and she is also a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. Her professional focus includes: - treatment of pathological skin conditions - rosacea management - hyperpigmentation - acne and post-acne treatment - anti-aging therapy - injectable and regenerative protocols - professional and home skincare programs Elena strongly believes that modern aesthetic medicine should address not only external manifestations, but also the internal condition of the body. Therefore, her work is based on a comprehensive and integrative approach that considers skin condition, overall health, lifestyle, nutrition, psycho-emotional balance, and aging processes as a whole. Her goal is not simply to improve a patient’s appearance, but to create harmonious, natural, and healthy results that bring satisfaction both to the patient and to her as a physician.
Mykola Boiko
Prof. Dr. Mykola Boiko, MD, PhD, is an andrologist, urologist, and male genital aesthetic surgeon. He has over 30 years of experience in andrology, and over 15 years of experience in penile augmentation by both surgical and nonsurgical methods. He is the President of the Ukrainian Association for Andrology and Sexual Medicine, as well as, a member of International and European Societies for Sexual Medicine (ISSM, ESSM). To date, he has authored 15 inventions, 9 monographs, and several textbooks.
Kian Karimi
Kian Karimi, MD, FACS, is a highly esteemed facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, he's recognized as a leader in both surgical and non-surgical interventions. Graduating from medical school at 23 with the Alpha Omega Alpha Award, recognizing the top 10% of students nationwide. Dr. Karimi's early career earned him the Resident Teacher of The Year Award. His transformative fellowship with top rhinoplasty and deep plane facelift surgeon Dr. Peter Adamson fueled his commitment to pushing surgical boundaries. In his Los Angeles practice, Dr. Karimi specializes in advanced facial surgery, including innovative procedures like the Deep Plane Face Lift, NoseTune®, Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, Fat Grafting with Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) and the signature Micro Neck Lift. A trailblazer in minimally invasive techniques, he popularized cannula use in aesthetic treatments in the US and introduced PDO Threads and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF). A passionate educator, Dr. Karimi co-founded the Los Angeles Multi-Specialty Cosmetic Academy (LA-MCA), a renowned platform for aesthetic medicine and surgery. He's also a recurring guest for various broadcast and print media outlets, embodying an ethical and personalized approach to patient care. Dr. Kian is fluent in Spanish and Farsi. He enjoys traveling, physical fitness, playing piano, reading, cooking, and dancing.
Dr. James E. Fulton
In 1969, Dr. Fulton, renowned scientist, dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon, co-developed Retin A® setting the gold standard for the treatment of acne and aging, and changing the skin care industry forever. In addition to the Retin A® breakthrough, he is responsible for the most widely used acne treatment available, Benzoyl Peroxide. A member of the American Board of Dermatology and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Fulton authored more than 300 medical articles and the definitive text on the treatment of acne, Acne RX. In the 1970s, he opened the first line of acne clinics and was the first to employ an aesthetician in a dermatology office. He also pioneered surgical treatments and patented retinoid therapies that now form the basis of the Vivant line. In the field of dermatology, Dr. James Fulton is renowned as an innovator and pioneer responsible for scientific advances relied upon by the industry for more than 40 years. Dr. Fulton earned Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees from Tulane University. He was inducted into Tulane’s prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and Phi Beta Kappa Society. During his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, his work led to the development of Retin-A®, a topical form of Vitamin A that revolutionized the treatment of acne and aging skin. Dr. Fulton earned a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine under the noted dermatologist Harvey Blank, M.D.
