Elena Bogatyrova

Elena Bogatyrova is the founder and CEO of Allure Beauty, a European distributor of professional skincare brands and advanced aesthetic solutions. She established the company in 2007 in her hometown of Kharkiv, Ukraine, with the vision of providing skincare professionals with high-quality, clinically effective products. With an academic background in biochemistry and pharmacology from the National Pharmaceutical Academy of Ukraine, Elena has always been driven by a strong passion for skin science and a commitment to excellence in cosmetology. Her mission has been to bridge the gap between advanced skincare science and everyday professional practice, enabling aestheticians, dermatologists, and clinics to deliver more effective, results-driven treatments. A key milestone in her career came in 2015, when she secured an exclusive distribution partnership with Vivant Skincare, marking the beginning of Allure Beauty’s expansion beyond Ukraine into the European market. Today, under her leadership, Allure Beauty collaborates with leading international brands and supports a network of over 1,000 aesthetic clinics and dermatology professionals across Europe, combining education, innovation, and high-performance skincare solutions. Elena Bogatyrova is recognized for her science-driven approach, her focus on professional education, and her dedication to empowering practitioners with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve exceptional skin results.
